Pier Giuseppe Pelicci is the Director of Research at the European Institute of Oncology (IEO) in Milan and a professor at the University of Milan. His research focuses on the molecular mechanisms of cancer and aging, particularly the role of oxidative stress. Pelicci’s discovery of genes that regulate lifespan in model organisms has opened new avenues in aging research. A frequent contributor to The Future of Science, he brought cutting-edge oncology perspectives to the conference.
