Denis Duboule
Developmental Genetics · EPFL / Université de Genève
Denis Duboule is a professor at EPFL and the University of Geneva, known for his pioneering work on Hox genes and their role in animal development. His research has revealed fundamental principles of how genetic information controls the formation of body structures during embryonic development. At The Future of Science, Duboule presented the mechanics of genetic regulation and what it tells us about the evolution of complex organisms.
